For MEVOLT at the Power2Drive

The international trade fair for charging infrastructure and electromobility was the perfect platform for presenting the new MEVOLT MOVE CHARGER, the world's first mobile plug & play charging solution with four charging points.

The MEVOLT MOVE CHARGER is the innovative pop-up charging solution for locations where cables for stationary charging points or wallboxes have not yet been laid or may not be laid permanently - these can be open-air venues for sporting or music events, campsites or construction sites. The MEVOLT MOVE CHARGER is mobile, quick and easy to install. The mobile charging box is equipped with four MENNEKES wall boxes from the AMTRON series as standard. In order to set it up safely, it is filled with water or sand on site and thus reaches a total weight of around 750 kg. An integrated billing terminal handles the payment processes. Four vehicles can be charged simultaneously at 11 kW each. By coupling another MOVE CHARGER, a maximum of eight charging parking spaces are possible via one connection cable. The required charging current must be provided on site by an appropriate energy supplier via a power distributor in order to ensure the power supply during the time the MOVE CHARGER is in use. Paintwork and labelling can be selected individually.

MEVOLT showcases new MOVE CHARGER at Power2Drive Europe 2023

The MEVOLT MOVE CHARGER has been for sale at MEVOLT GmbH in Landsberg am Lech since July 2023. A rental option will be available shortly. The new charging solution was presented to trade visitors and the press by racing presenter Kai Ebel together with MEVOLT's Technical Managing Director Matthias Müller - a cooperation initiated by Michael Gleissner as part of the Sales Lead Generation collaboration. In addition to this world first, the MEVOLT brand showcased the entire product range of passive and active charging systems for the "World of MEVOLT" with solutions for corporate customers, agriculture, residential complexes, car parks and private property.

The Smarter E Europe reports record figures

The trade fair focussed on charging systems and electric vehicles, traction batteries and mobility services. The smarter E Europe, Europe's largest energy industry platform, set a new record in 2023: 2,469 exhibitors from 57 countries showcased their solutions in 17 exhibition halls and an outdoor area. Over 106,000 visitors from 166 countries attended the trade fair in Munich. This made The smarter E Europe 2023 the largest and most international event in its history to date.

MEVOLT will also be an exhibitor at Power2Drive Europe in 2024, which will take place as part of The smarter E Europe together with the three energy trade fairs Intersolar Europe, ees Europe and EM-Power Europe at Messe München from 19 to 21 June 2024.
