From hypercars to haute cuisine

Automobile fascination against a wildly romantic North Sea backdrop: On Sylt, Michael Gleissner is known for exclusive networking events that focus on the world's most sought-after automotive brands. This summer, the Cologne native is once again expecting top-class partners on the island, which he will present to his guests as part of extraordinary experiences.

For the 2022 summer season, several strong brands have announced their intention to accompany Michael Gleissner to the island at the end of July and beginning of August. One highlight will be the presentation of rare hypercars, which Dominik Amian will be showing on Sylt for the first time. His company's Cologne showroom was voted the most exclusive in Europe by GT Spirit in 2015. In a global comparison, only three locations were further ahead at that time - in Saudi Arabia, Dubai and the USA.
The Renault Retail Group will also be at the start with new models from the A110 series of the legendary Alpine sports car brand. Guests will be offered the finest culinary delights on jaunts along dune ridges by the sea. Stops along the routes are exclusive partners of the network, including Sylter Muscheln Bistro, Wilhelms Deli in Westerland, Winebank Sylt, Sylter Weinberg in Kaitum and Rauchfang in Kampen. Winebank Sylt by Christian Gehrke and Sven Wiezorek is one of the most exciting new openings on the North Sea. A special feature is the vault for club members, who can store their fine wines and spirits here.

The French champagne house Lanson guarantees fine sparkling moments once again this year with its award-winning Black Label range.

As an expert in the field of mobility, Michael Gleissner is currently supporting the German car rental company Starcar on its expansion course. With the new "Excellence Circle", the company is creating a future-oriented offer for "innovative electromobility". As part of the Sylt Weeks, a team from Starcar will bring models from the e-fleet to life on site. Get to know Starcar on Sylt in person.

The private airline DigaJet is the reliable partner with international connections for the greatest possible flexibility when traveling to and from the airport. Markus Kusterer from Nürnberger Leasing will be happy to answer any questions you may have about financing luxury goods such as new and used cars, classic cars, yachts, airplanes and motorcycles.

The crowning glory of the event is the trip across the Wadden Sea with Michael Gleissner's long-time friend, the king of mussels from Sylt, Adrian Leuschel. This extraordinary "money can't buy" experience is offered exclusively to guests from the network. The salty sea air whets the appetite for freshly caught mussels, oysters and caviar, which are served on board as the ship slowly heads towards the sun. News from Adrian Leuschel can also be expected soon. He is expanding his business with an original gastronomy concept that is likely to cause a stir on the international gourmet scene.

In previous years, Gleissner's invitation to the North Sea island was accepted not only by personalities from showbiz and racing, but also by well-known entrepreneurs. They all appreciate the professionalism and discretion within the network. At this year's summer event, RTL legend Kai Ebel will complete the line-up. Guests can look forward to entertaining boxing talks with the Formula One presenter.

For music producer Bernd Breiter, who recently made headlines as far away as Hollywood with his spectacular promotion campaign in space, the visit to Sylt is a stopover - after his World Club Dome event in Frankfurt in June and shortly before he moves on to the next happening in Malta. In his luggage he brings the original DJ set of the BigCityBeats Space Club Kitchen from the ISS space station with him.
